This is a new style of blade for us.
While we have done two-toned blade in the past with The Falcon but we wanted something different with this blade.
That's why we've tried a weathered darker blade.
This is achieved by stonewashing.
We've done a similar blade shape with the Magpie and Crow but we wanted to go bigger, bolder, and different.

We've worked with layered G10 (Garolite) before and we love the look and feel of it - so why not use it again?
When it comes to building a tool that's tough as nails, we knew we had to go with the best of the best.

That's why we chose G10 as the material for the handle of The Bowerbird.
